• Acupuncture

Our bodies are meant to move, recover and adapt—but the demands of an active life, combined with stress and time constraints, can start to wear things down.

Acupuncture works by improving circulation, reducing inflammation and regulating the nervous system, helping to relieve pain, restore mobility and support faster recovery so you can keep moving and doing the activities you love, whether it’s sports, strength training, gardening, dance or movement. It’s also excellent for professionals who notice the physical demands working remotely or frequent work travel, and parents caring for little ones who struggle to make time to for themselves and their own bodies.

Beyond pain and tension relief, acupuncture works on a deeper level to support sleep, improve stress resilience and mental clarity, and physiological functions such as digestion and metabolism.

I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Sports Medicine Acupuncture, & Sa’am (Korean) styles of acupuncture depending on what’s needed in the moment.

  • Cupping

Cupping offers a simple, effective way to relieve tension and keep the body performing well. By creating gentle suction along the muscles and fascia, cupping helps increase circulation, release tight areas, and reduce soreness, especially in commonly overworked regions like the shoulders, backs and hips. Many patients notice improved mobility and quicker recovery after exercise, making it easier to stay consistent with their day to day activities.

When used consistently, cupping becomes an effective modality in maintaining tissue health, preventing injury and supporting long-term mobility. It’s not just about relieving pain after it shows up, it’s about creating space in the body so you can continue to move, train and live without restriction.
